The Viking Challenge is a 5K extreme wilderness MUD RUN north of Fergus Falls on September 15, 2012 to raise money for Children's Cancer Research Fund (CCRF), Lake Region Healthcare Cancer Care & Research Center, and Dough 4 Joe.
It is a one day event with music, food vendors, beverages, camping, and a muddy fun 5K obstacle wilderness trail run through some beautiful hills, woods, and mud. Challenge yourself, challenge your company, get a team together, or run with the family. All are welcome!
Some of our volunteers for The Viking Challenge attended the Morris Prairie Pioneer Days parade on Sunday in full muddy style carrying the banner and handing out more than 2,000 discount cards. Fantastic job guys!! Post some pictures on facebook for all to see when you have a chance!
